Dr. Virinder Singh Appointed As A Senate Member Of Punjabi University Patiala

Desh Bhagat University Registrar, Dr. Virinder Singh has been nominated as a senate member of Punjabi University Patiala by his Excellency Mr. Shivraj Patil, the Governor of Punjab and Chancellor of Punjabi University. A notification in this regard has been issued by Punjab Raj Bhawan, according to which Dr. Virinder Singh will serve as a senate member till 29th July 2015. Desh Bhagat University Chancellor Dr.Zora Singh and Pro Chancellor Ms. Tejinder Kaur congratulated Dr. Virinder Singh on his appointment and said that his clear vision and scholarship will be helpful for the progress of the University. University Vice-Chancellor Dr. S. S. Chahal and Pro Vice-Chancellor Dr. Shalini Gupta have also congratulated Dr. Virinder Singh and said that his long educational experience and far sightedness will definitely be helpful for all round development of the institute. Desh Bhagat University Controller of Examination, Dr. Inderjit Singh Sethi, Director Innovation, Planning and Development Chetan Gupta and Directors of Different University Faculties and members of the staff also congratulated Dr. Virinder Singh on his appointment. It's worth mentioning that Dr. Virinder Singh is actively contributing in the field of Education and he is also working for social causes.
