Desh Bhagat University School Of Engineering Director Dr. J.K. Saini Conferred National Award

Desh Bhagat University School of Engineering Director Dr. J.K. Saini has been honoured with National Punjab Education Award for his excellence contribution in the field of Education. The award was given to Dr. J.K Saini by Punjab Technical University Vice Chancellor Dr. Rajnish Arora and Sh. A.R. Talwar, Principal Secretary Technical Education, Punjab during a special function held by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Communication Multimedia And Infrastructure (CMAI) and Punjab Technical University. AICTE Chairman Dr. S.S. Mantha, Cabinet Minister, Punjab Dr. Madan Mohan Mittal and Minister for I.T. Sh. Aadesh Partap Singh Kairon were also present on this occasion. Desh Bhagat University Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh congratulated Dr. Saini and said that this award is the result of his hard work. He hoped that students of Engineering College will touch new heights under his able leadership. Vice Chancellor, Dr. S.S. Chahal also congratulated Dr. J.K. Saini on this achievement. University Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Shalini Gupta complimented to Dr. J.K. Saini for this achievement, hoping that he will continue to make such achievements in future also. Dr. Dalwinder Singh Grewal, Dean, Research and Development said that special emphasis is laid on co-curricular activities and moral education so that the students excel not only in academics but become good citizens as well.
