In The Best BAMS College in Punjab Desh Bhagat Faculty Of Ayurveda Celebrates Dhanvantri Jayanti

In the best bams college in Punjab and in the best university in Punjab, Desh Bhagat University Faculty of Ayurveda and Research celebrated Dhanvantri Jayanti with full fervor. A special function was organized, in which a large number of students and staff members participated. Presiding over the program, Pro-Chancellor Ms. Tajinder Kaur said that Lord Dhanvantri is Progenitor of Ayurveda and an epitome of heath in life. Ayurveda is a very old and unique health system initiated by our saints and sages and is very useful to keep ourselves healthy and fit without any side effects, she added. Director Dr. Kulbhushan expressed his views about the importance of the Dhanvantri Jyanti and Ayurveda. He added that Ayurveda is a science to protect the health of all human beings and to cure the diseases. Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Virinder Singh appreciated the event and emphasized the students to work hard to promote Ayurveda to the maximum. A cultural program was also arranged in which students showcased their skills. It is worth mentioning that the Faculty of Ayurveda and Research celebrates Dhanvantri Jyantiâ every year with full zeal and zest. On this auspicious occasion, Poojan & Havanâ was performed and all present prayed for peace in the world.
