In The Best University in Punjab, Desh Bhagat University Faculty Of Engineering Organises Interactive Session With Parents

In the best university in Punjab and in top universities in India, Desh Bhagat University Faculty of Engineering and Technology organized an interactive session with Parents of the students. The program was presided over by University Pro-Chancellor Ms. Tajinder Kaur. While welcoming the parents in the university she said that the main objective of this initiative is to fill the communication gap and to develop a strong relationship with parents. She briefed the parents about the glorious history of Desh Bhagat University and education facilities being provided to the students. Speaking on the occasion Ms. Tajinder Kaur encouraged the students to focus on their studies and follow punctuality because they are not only the future of the country but have also full potential to lead the world. While interacting with the parents, she said that the students will find the best possible facilities here for their overall growth and development necessary to make them time-relevant and market-relevant. She exhorted the parents and students that if they have any query, they should not feel hesitate and contact their teachers. The whole program was highly appreciated by the parents who expressed satisfaction to feel that their dreams will be fulfilled. Feeling happy from the parents' response, Ms. Tajinder Kaur declared that we are making this event our regular feature. University Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh appreciated the initiative and said that this will strengthen the ties between parents and the teachers and ensured better rapport among them. Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Virinder Singh inspired the students that they should participate in all events related to academics as well as cultural and this will lead to their overall personality development. A cultural program was being prepared by the faculty of engineering students also performed. Students presented their talents through Punjabi folk dances. At the end of the program, Dr. H. K. Sidhu (In-charge Academics), thanked Pro-Chancellor and Parents for sparing their valuable time and to make this event successful.
