The best university in Punjab and in the top universities in India, Desh Bhagat University organized a guest lecture on the importance of "Spiritualism”. A large number of students and teachers from different faculties attended it. While presiding over the function, the Chancellor of the University Dr. Zora Singh said that life without spiritualism will not be worth living at all and we must give it due importance in our life. He emphasized the role of spiritualism in education and the success of an organization.
Pro-Chancellor Ms. Tajinder Kaur, while presenting vote of thanks lauded the initiative and said that this program focuses our attention on spiritualism which is our most important need today in the context of the fast-changing global scenario.
A half an hour special meditation camp was also arranged right after the lecture, during which both the learned speakers trained the all present about light yoga. They also did some ‘Kriyas’ practically to awaken our unconscious mind. Vice-chancellor and Director Academics were also present on this occasion. They expressed the hope that it will prove quite useful for the students and faculty members.
