Students were given a chance to visit different shop-floors with specific functions taking place on each like sieving, mixing, molding, deepening, baking, cooling, slicing, etc. The process of packaging, printing and dispatching the finished goods along critical control points 1,2,3 was also explained to the students. A comfortable environment was provided where students asked their queries and relevant answers were delivered. Overall, the students were enabled to understand concepts from a practical perspective. This endeavor helped boost the zest of students to aspire for establishing themselves as successful entrepreneurs.
