Apply For Nursing 2018-19: Govt. of Punjab Grants Increase in GNM And B.Sc. Nursing Seats To Desh Bhagat University, in Top Nursing College in Punjab and North India

The Punjab Nursing Registration council (PNRC) & Government of Punjab has decided to enhance the number of nursing courses seats in Desh Bhagat University (DBU) in best university in Punjab and in top universities in India. Now DBU has permission to admit more students in nursing Courses for the academic session 2018-19. The Punjab Nursing Registration council (PNRC) & Government of Punjab have approved the proposal of Desh Bhagat University for enhancing seats in GNM from 60 to 100 seats and B.Sc Nursing from 60 to 100 seats.

Disclosing this information, Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University said, ‘The Punjab Government has accepted the recommendation of PNRC and conveyed its approval to allow admitting more students in Nursing courses in GNM (100 seats) and B.Sc Nursing (100 seats) vide letter number 2/54/2016-3MER3/ 55-57 date 02.01.2018, for the academic session 2018-19.

Dr. Singh expressed his gratitude to the Government of Punjab & PNRC for granting the approval. He congratulated the Management, Principal, Staff and Students of the Institute for this achievement. He also added that it is a milestone in the field of nursing education. He thanked all those who extended their support to this endeavor.
