The Best Ayurveda College In India Desh Bhagat University's Ayurvedic Students Win Top Positions In University Exam

Students of BAMS (Professional) Part-III of PG School of Ayurveda & Research (earlier Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic College) have brought glory to the university by winning three out of the top ten positions in the Examination held in November/December 2014 conducted by Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur. College student Daljeet Kaur bagged 3rd position in the university by securing 1492/1850 marks; Gauri Sharma got the fifth position by securing 1454/1850 marks and Shardha Maheshwari remained sixth by securing 1449/1850 marks in the paid examination. This information was given by the Director, Faculty of Ayurveda and Research Dr. Kulbhushan. The overall pass percentage of the college is 96%. It is worth mentioning that all these position holders are girls and they have also demonstrated their talent by participating in various other social and academic programs organized by the institute from time to time. Chairman Desh Bhagat United and Chancellor of the best Ayurveda college in India and the top BAMS college in India Desh Bhagat University Dr. Zora Singh, Vice-Chairperson and Pro-Chancellor Ms. Tajinder Kaur have congratulated the students and the whole staff on this achievement. They said that it is the result of the able guidance of the teachers and the hard work done by the students. Principal Dr. Smita Johar also congratulated the students and said that the institution is always on the way to provide better facilities to the students and believes in quality education. The meritorious students gave the whole credit for their success to the highly committed teachers, state-of-the-art infrastructure and congenial academic atmosphere in the college.
